On the Rushcliffe Borough Council's web site are dozens of documents relating to the proposed development.

Many of them are called "Planning Appeal Statements" and they summarise the positions of bodies like the County's Highways Department, The Notts Wildlife Trust, the man in charge of Rushcliffe's Health planning etc. The appeal statements are worth a read.
